Damaged or Incorrect Items
Natural fibers and delicate finishes can be damaged in transit. If your shade arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@vilvida.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Which size should I choose?
As a rule of thumb, choose a shade about one-third to one-half the width of your table or island. Smaller sizes work well in pairs or trios; larger sizes make a single statement piece.
Is the bulb included?
No. We recommend a warm white E26 LED bulb (max 40W) — LED bulbs stay cool and are the best choice for natural-fiber shades.
Will every shade look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is handmade from natural wicker, so small variations in tone and weave are normal and make every shade unique.
