30-Day Returns - Vilvida

We want every Vilvida order to be something you love. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the information below.

How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?

Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

What Items Are Eligible for Return?

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in new condition
  • Include original packaging and all accessories
  • Be free of wear, damage, or alterations

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected. We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If We Made a Mistake

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Vilvida will cover return shipping costs
  • Contact Us immediately so we can resolve the issue

If You Changed Your Mind

If the return is due to purchasing the wrong product, the item not being the right fit, or they no longer want the item:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Used or incomplete items may not qualify for a refund

How Do I Return an Item?

  1. Reach Out to Us: Email us at info@vilvida.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Pack The Item: Repack the item securely in it's original packaging. Make sure to include all tags, accessories, and documents.
  3. Ship it Back: Ship it according to the provided instructions

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your return is received:

  • Returned Item will be reviewed to confirm it complies with our return requirements.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Can I Exchange an Item?

Yes. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, Contact Us and we’ll assist you with an exchange based on availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
