Glass and delicate finishes can be damaged in transit. If your fixture arrives broken or incorrect, email info@vilvida.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

No. Natural alabaster has its own veining, tone and small marks, so each fixture is one of a kind. These variations are part of the stone, not defects.
How do I clean alabaster?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water and cleaning products, as the stone is porous.
Do I need an electrician?
Yes. This fixture is hardwired and we recommend installation by a licensed electrician.
